Installation
Cannot open after installation?
- Confirm your system meets the minimum requirements (macOS 11.0 or later).
Slow download speed?
- Download in a stable network environment.
- If using a VPN or proxy, try switching networks.
How to update to the latest version?
- Click the Ardot menu in the top-left corner → Check for Updates.
- If a new version is available, follow the prompt to download and install it.
Usage
Login failed?
- Confirm your network connection is working.
- Check that your account and password are entered correctly.
- Try resetting your password on the Ardot website.
