Installation

Cannot open after installation?

  • Confirm your system meets the minimum requirements (macOS 11.0 or later).

Slow download speed?

  • Download in a stable network environment.
  • If using a VPN or proxy, try switching networks.

How to update to the latest version?

  • Click the Ardot menu in the top-left corner → Check for Updates.
  • If a new version is available, follow the prompt to download and install it.

Usage

Login failed?

  • Confirm your network connection is working.
  • Check that your account and password are entered correctly.
  • Try resetting your password on the Ardot website.
