Personal Settings

1. Click your avatar in the top right → 「Personal Settings」
2. You can update:
   • Display name: Visible to your team members
   • Avatar: Upload a local image (200×200px or larger recommended)
   • Bio (optional)

Login Methods

Tencent Design supports multiple login methods, manageable in 「Account & Security」:

Method	Actions
Phone number	Bind / change — used for verification codes and account recovery
Email	Bind / change — used for notifications and login
WeChat	Bind for one-tap WeChat scan login
QQ	Bind for QQ scan login
iOA	Tencent employee enterprise account login

Security tip: Bind at least a phone number and email to avoid being locked out if one method becomes unavailable.

Change Phone Number

1. Go to 「Account & Security」 → 「Phone Number」
2. Click 「Change」
3. Verify your current phone number (receive a verification code)
4. Enter and verify the new phone number
5. Change complete

Notification Settings

In 「Notification Settings」 you can configure:

• Collaboration: Notify when someone @-mentions you or replies to your comment
• File updates: Notify when files you participate in are updated
• Invites: Notify when you receive team or file invitations
• Channels: In-app messages / Email (can be toggled separately)

Delete Account

Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Please proceed with caution.

1. Go to 「Account & Security」 → scroll to 「Delete Account」
2. Review the deletion notice — the following data will be permanently removed:
   • All files in your personal drafts (team files are unaffected)
   • Your account information and login history
3. Click 「Request Deletion」 to begin the 28-day cooling-off period
4. During this period, you can log in and cancel the deletion request
5. After 28 days, the account is permanently deleted and data cannot be recovered
