Project Structure

Tencent Design organizes files using Projects:

Team

Drafts: Each user has a private drafts space, visible only to themselves by default. Files can be moved to team projects at any time.

Managing Projects

Create a Project

1. Navigate to the target team
2. Click 「New Project」
3. Enter the project name and click 「Create」

Rename / Move a Project

• Right-click the project name → 「Rename」
• Right-click the project name → 「Move to」 and select the target team

Delete a Project

Right-click the project → 「Delete Project」 — all files in the project move to the trash.

File Permissions

Files in a project inherit project-level permissions by default. You can also set independent permissions for individual files.

Project-level Permissions

Role	Permissions
Viewer	Can view files only
Commenter	Can view and add comments
Editor	Can edit files
Admin	Can manage members and project settings

File-level Permissions

In the file's 「Share」 panel, you can invite members with custom permissions that override project-level permissions.

Starred Files

Add frequently used files or projects to 「Starred」 for quick access:

• Hover over a file card → click the star icon
• View all starred items in 「Starred」 in the left sidebar

Trash

Deleted files and projects are moved to the trash and retained for 30 days.

Restore a File

1. Go to 「Trash」 in the left sidebar
2. Find the file and click 「Restore」
3. Choose the destination project

Permanently Delete

Right-click a file in the trash → 「Delete Permanently」. This action cannot be undone.

Tip: Files in the trash are automatically permanently deleted after 30 days. Restore important files promptly.
