If you encounter any issues while purchasing or using a Credit Pack (e.g. payment failure, credits not received, refund requests for accidental purchases), please email us at tencentdesign@tencent.com. Be sure to include your Ardot user ID, order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
