Q: Why haven't I received my invitation code yet?

A: Invitation codes are currently being distributed in the order that forms were submitted in the group. Processing is ongoing and will continue over the coming days — please be patient.

Q: What should I do if I've run out of credits?

A: Each new user receives 500 Credits upon registration. If your credits are exhausted, you can connect to a local model via the MCP service to continue using it for free.

Q: Which model is recommended?

A: We currently recommend using the Default model. It delivers a well-balanced performance in terms of response quality, stability, and overall capability, making it suitable for most everyday conversations and tasks.

CoDesign Data Migration

Q: Why can't prototypes be imported?

A: Due to the underlying implementation of CoDesign's prototyping feature, prototypes do not exist as standalone files within the platform. Instead, they are dynamically generated from multi-dimensional design association logic, interactive hotspots, and transition configurations. Because of the data structure at the time of upload, this data cannot be packaged and exported as a universal offline prototype file.
